Nekkanti Satyanarayana

        Nekkanti Satyanarayana is a professional Company Secretary for over a decade and having around 24 years of working experience in various capacities.  He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, done Post Graduate in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations & Labour Welfare and holds Degree in Bachelor of Law.

        He was a Topper throughout his schooling, recipient of various awards and recognitions, is a Gold Medalist in Graduation and an Award holder from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) for his outstanding performance in Final Examinations conducted by the ICSI.

       During his 24 years career in various capacities, he has gained expertise in the fields of Human Resources, Administration, Finance, Treasury, Legal and Secretarial Departments with large corporate groups having diverse business interests. Nekkanti Satyanarayana is also working as a freelance Company Secretary giving advices to clients on various aspects like private equity investments, acquisitions, takeovers, mergers, demergers, corporate restructuring, foreign collaborations, due diligence, designing corporate governance practices, setting up of branch or liaison offices of foreign companies, foreign investments etc.
