He holds Degree in Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) and also in Law (LLB).  He was instrumental in setting up of many incorporated bodies in India as Co-Founder and Director or Board Member before founding ProLend and leading as the Managing Director with his professional and visionary approach.  His foresightedness and practical knowledge of the related sector along with his previous proficiency in a NBFC as a Whole Time Director in its entire operations covering acquisition, takeover, planning and formulation of systems, control, vigilance, human resource management, etc make Ashok Kumar a brilliant Team Captain.
